1. Acceptance
By signing up for AutoCash, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, legally able to contract in your jurisdiction, and not prohibited from using the service under any applicable law. If you sign up on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind it.
3. What the service costs
AutoCash charges a service fee as a percentage of the gross amount of each order you complete through the service. The rate applying to your account is shown in your settings and is itemised on every earning record. There is no seat fee, no setup fee and no minimum, and no fee is charged on work that did not complete.
The fee is calculated in basis points on whole minor currency units and rounds down, so any remainder stays with you. A change to the rate applies only to orders completed after the change; it is never applied retroactively. Some accounts are granted complimentary access at our discretion, in which case no service fee is charged; we may grant or withdraw it, and withdrawal takes effect prospectively.
4. Earnings and payouts
Completing an order records an earning showing the gross, the amount the marketplace withheld, the service fee and your net. The service fee is deducted at that point, so nothing is separately invoiced to you. Your net becomes available for payout once it has cleared, and you may request a payout of any available amount at or above the account minimum shown in the service. A request you have made but that has not yet been processed may be withdrawn, which releases the balance it claimed. We may withhold a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud or where we are required to by law.
5. Platform integrations
You authorise AutoCash to act on your behalf on the marketplaces you connect, using the credentials you supply, and only for the activity the service performs. You remain responsible for complying with each marketplace’s terms, including any rules it has about automated activity and about who may perform the work — these differ by marketplace and may change, and it is your responsibility to check them before you connect an account. AutoCash is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any marketplace, and is not liable for action a marketplace takes against your account.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use AutoCash to deliver illegal, fraudulent, or infringing work.
- Act so as to avoid the service fee on work carried out through the service.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the service.
- Use the service in breach of a connected marketplace’s terms.
- Present work produced through the service in a way that misleads a buyer about who or what produced it, where that marketplace requires disclosure.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend immediately for breach of these terms. Outstanding invoices remain due.
8. Disclaimers
AutoCash is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that you will earn anything. Any amount shown on our website or in our materials is illustrative. It is not a projection of your results, not a representation of what any user has earned, and not based on average user performance. We make no representation about typical or expected earnings. What you earn depends on factors outside our control, including the demand for what you offer, the price you set, the rules and fees of the marketplaces you connect, and your own review of the work produced.
Work produced by the service is a draft that you are able to review, change or replace before it is delivered. You are responsible for what is delivered under your marketplace account.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
